Wedding Competition Terms and Conditions

1. “The Ultimate Illawarra Wedding Competition” begins 10.00am 16th May, 2010 at the Our Wedding Expo and Bridal Fair at “The Great Hall”, University of Wollongong, Northfields Avenue, Wollongong NSW 2500.
2. Prize value is in excess of $29,500 based on the value of the product and services being offered by participating businesses.
3. The closing date and time of the competition will be on the 15th May, 2011 at 1.00pm.
4. There is only one (1) winner and the winner MUST be at the Barrel Draw of the competition at the Our Wedding Expo and Bridal Fair on the 15th May, 2011 at “The Great Hall”, University of Wollongong, Northfields Avenue, Wollongong NSW 2500 at 1.30pm.
5. The winner must have proof of identity at the draw. Eg: Driver Licence.
6. Entry into “The Ultimate Illawarra Wedding Competition” is conditional that all entrants are governed by the Terms & Conditions of the competitions.
7. Entrants in the competition acknowledge that they accept all Terms & Conditions of entry to the Unlimited Marketing Potential (Trading as Our Wedding Expos™) “The Ultimate Illawarra Wedding Competition”.
8. Entry forms can only be lodged at any one (1) of the THREE (3) Wedding Expos being undertaken in the Illawarra and Shoal Haven identified between 16th May, 2010 and 15th May, 2011 by Unlimited Marketing Potential (Trading as Our Wedding Expos™) between 10am and 1.00pm. 1) Our Wedding Expo and Bridal Fair at “The Great Hall” Wollongong University, Northfields Ave, Wollongong NSW 2500 on Sunday 16th May, 2010. 2) Our Wedding Expo and Bridal Fair South Coast, at the Nowra Golf & Recreation Club, Nowra NSW 2541 on Sunday 17th October, 2010 and 3) Illawarra Weddings Expo at Sea Spray Function Centre, Junction Road, Shellharbour (on Shellharbour North Beach) NSW 2529 on Sunday 6th February, 2011. Refer to www.ourweddingexpos.com.au to check dates and for possible changes.
9. If the first draw winner is not in attendance at the draw then a draw will continue until a winner is in attendance to collect the prize.
10. All entries must be on the official entry form and only one (1) entry per wedding couple per Expo.
11. All entrants acknowledge that by completing the competition application form they authorise the promoter to make contact with them from time to time via e-mail, phone or written communication and that their information will be held on a secure data base.
12. The promoter is Unlimited Marketing Potential Suite 12E, 44 Oxford Road Ingleburn NSW 2565 A.B.N 17 435 347 043
13. The promoter accepts no responsibility for competition businesses not being available on the chosen date of the winners wedding or not being able to deliver their offer for whatever reason.
14. The winner must undertake their best endeavours to seek a date with their chosen businesses for a date that will be suitable to all parties.
15. The winner accepts the terms and conditions of the participating businesses of the competition (as per below).
16. The winner acknowledges that availability conditions apply to all competition businesses.
17. All businesses that are part of the competition may not be available on your chosen date for your wedding if this is the case it will be the responsibility of the competition winner to organise a date that fits with the businesses.
18. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or a lesser value prize.
19. Prizes are not redeemable for any other services.
20. The Winner acknowledges that some prizes require the purchase of a service or product to redeem the prize.
21. Notification of the winner will be advised on website www.illawarraweddings.com.au
22. Prize is not transferable to any other party other than the winner.
23. If the winner decides that one of the prizes is not suitable they are not compensated for the diminished competition prize value.
24. The winner of the competition acknowledges that there is no claim or rebuttal against the prize promoter or any participating competition business. If for any reason whatsoever the supplier of the prize is unable to meet their offer. No correspondence will be entered into.
25. All prizes must be booked by the 30th November, 2011 for a wedding to be held between the months of 30th April and 28th August 2012.

A Panorama House Wedding Reception - $15,000.00 towards........
26. Minimum of 150 guests.
27. Friday or Sunday evening only during the months of APRIL – AUGUST depending on availability.
28. Reception package @ $110.00 / person as we include total price of cake, fireworks on entry, $25 allowance on centre pieces and any choice of colour sash.....
29. A 5 Hour Package including Standard Drinks
30. Reception needs to be in the Off Peak season (April, May, June and July)
31. Expiry date of 30th November, 2011 to book the reception for 2012

ESSENTRIC - $5,000.00 towards........
32. Supply of a Chocolate Fountain delivered within 30 kilometres of the Wollongong CBD. Other areas will be P.O.A. for delivery.
33. Photographic / Designer wedding invitations. All invitations come with envelopes and personalization.
34. Place Cards or Table Place Cards
35. Drinks and Food Menus
36. Either a Wishing Well or a Treasure Chest for wedding guests to leave their wedding envelopes. Availability conditions apply.

Designer Images Photography Package - $2,500.00 towards........
37. A Photographic package of the full day from brides dressing through to farewell circle with unlimited images taken.
38. Leather Bound 10 sided matted wedding album with choice of leather covers and page layouts.
39. The prize covers travel 50km from the Wollongong CBD - if additional travel is required, please notify the studio and costings can be arranged.
40. A DVD of your favourite images set to music.
41. A password web protected gallery.
42. Photographic coverage does not include preparation of the groom or brides hair and make-up. This additional time can be purchased at a discounted promotional price of $110 per hour.
43. Album details are as follows- album size 10x 7, leather cover chosen from our range, black or white matted pages, all album design is interactive and clients can choose how to have these page layouts printed.
44. Albums can be upgraded to 11x14 at a discounted promotional price of $1500 with choice of covers from our complete range. Additional pages can be purchased at client’s desire at the price of $200 per double page. Additions such as cover motif, title page or wing pages are at additional costs.
45. Standard hard cover proof book as per our range.
46. DVD will be 3 minutes long and will consist of images taken on the wedding day chosen by the winning couple. Music choices can be suggested but must abide by our licensing agreement and at the studio’s discretion. DVD can be lengthened in duration at additional costs if required by the couple. All images featured on the DVD must be from the original wedding images.
47. The web gallery will be active for a total of six months. If longer time is wished, the couple must notify the studio in writing and a cost of $300 will be required.
48. The services must be booked by 30th November, 2011.
49. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable to another person.
50. If the required date has already been booked, the studio will endeavour to provide a photographer for the prize package but holds no responsibility.
51. Additional albums, prints, framing and any other of our products will be priced at 10% discount from our regular prices if ordered at the time of initial booking.
52. All images are copy right of Designer Images and cannot be reproduced in any way without written permission of the studio.
53. Availability conditions apply.

Creative Visions - Video Package – $1,600.00........
54. Video package covers the Ceremony up until the end of the Bridal Waltz. (6 hours coverage)
55. One Videographer Coverage for the wedding
56. 3 Copies long version on DVD
57. Extra DVD’s can be made at an extra cost of $60 per copy
58. If the value of the final package is up and above the prize value the balance MUST be paid at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding day.
59. The services must be booked by 30th November, 2011.
60. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable to another person.
61. If the required date has already been booked, the studio will endeavour to provide a videographer for the prize package but holds no responsibility. It is best for the winning couple to choose another date that suits all professionals on the day.
62. The prize covers any 50km from the Wollongong CBD. If outside of this area a further $250 is required.
63. All footage taken on the day is copyright of Creative Visions Video productions and cannot be reproduced and/or edited in any way without written permission of the studio.
64. Availability conditions apply.

Lush Limousines - Wedding Car Package - $1600.00 towards........
65. One (1) vehicle will be supplied for a maximum 4 hours continuous duration to the value of $1600.00. Does not include Get-Away.
66. Wedding must be held in the Illawarra region.
67. All travel on the day is restricted to a 30klm radius from pick-up of the bride.
68. The vehicle is only to be used for the father of the Bride and Bridal Party other individuals will not be transported.
69. The vehicle will only transport the Bride to the Ceremony and Bridal Party to Photo Shoot then to Reception no other diversions will be undertaken.
70. Number of people carried in vehicle is strictly in accordance with RTA regulations.
71. No eating, drinking or smoking is allowed in the vehicles and no person suspected of being intoxicated will be carried in the vehicles.
72. The package is only available Off Peak April, May, June, July and August 2012.

Illawarra Bridal Centre - $2,000.00 towards........
74. Supply of stock Suits to the value of $1000.00. Balance of Hire package to be paid by client
75. Supply of a stock wedding gown to the value of $1000.00. Balance of value of a selected gown over and above the offer to be met by Bride.
76. Standard rental conditions apply.
77. Any damage to suits or hired apparel MUST be identified on the return of the suits and damage will be paid for by the hirer on the return of the suits.
78. Availability conditions apply.

Abode Flowers - Wedding Flowers - $350.00 towards........
79. Supply of flowers for your wedding day to the value of $350.00
80. Availability conditions of flower types apply.

Cup Cakes for Poppy - Wedding Cake - $500.00 towards........
81. For wedding cake to be supplied by Cup Cakes for Poppy.
82. Prize must be booked 8 weeks prior to date required.
83. Prize is not transferable for cash or to another person.
84. If prize winner selects a more expensive cake, difference must be paid at time of booking.
85. Prize includes delivery within 30 kms of Wollongong; otherwise delivery can be arranged for an extra fee otherwise cake can be picked up by the prize winner
86. Prize available off peak season, April, May, June, July or August.

Suzanne Clift Celebrant Package - $650.00 towards........
87. Book a wedding ceremony performed by Suzanne Clift Celebrant and receive $650.00 voucher towards your wedding service.
88. Availability conditions apply.
89. Ceremony must be undertaken in a 50 kilometre radius of Gerringong. Ceremonies outside that area will be based on a kilometre travel charge.

Bella Mia Beauty Package - $500.00 towards........
90. Supply of a specialised facial, pedicure, hair and Make-Up for Bride and Bridemaid/s to the value of $500.00.
91. Any extra services will be at the clients cost up and above offer.
92. Service will be supplied at the studio.
